Projected Component Area Conditional returns empty field in Components Schedule

It's all in the subject line above. 

I'm using a test slab, 2.5m x 2.5m.

Gross area is 25m².

Hole is 2.5m x 2m = 5m².

Wall footprint is 0.50m x 2m = 2m²

Gross and Net area columns seem to work fine.

Anyone who could fathom why the 'Projected Component Area (Conditional)' is showing dashes?
