window schedule custom text row

In a window schedule I'm able too enter data into all of the rows for custom text. But in some columns (individual windows) the text disappears as soon as I leave that column. In other columns it all works OK.  Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

I got similar issues if the column was slightly out-of-zoom so to say.
Or maybe that property is locked somehow. Can you provide more info, maybe a screenshot of the arrangement?

Hi @Quirk, if I were having that issue, I would check and make sure that the layer the window is on (well the wall, really) is turned on and not locked. I'm not sure why schedules (or layouts for that matter) have layer settings, but they do. I think if the layer were off it wouldn't let you enter text at all, but worth a check.

The only other thing that comes to mind is this: at times when I enter text too quickly in a schedule field it won't register. I'm assuming you have tried this multiple times.
