Missing Criteria in Schedules

I am trying to get into schedules and am having trouble adding criteria to my schedules and appear to missing the ability to add. Attached is a creenshot of my desktop shows limited available criteria.

Basically, I am trying to add renovation status and position (i.e. interior / exterior)

I have recently upgraded to AC 20 from 17 where I had developed my earlier schedules, so I don't know if that is part of the problem or if there is a setting I am missing. I assume it's something simple I am over looking.

Thanks for any help!

I don't see much of a difference between the 2 lists.
What happens when you expand the list by clicking on the little triangle next to "Identification".

Thanks Barry. It was obvious and don't know why I couldn't figure that out.
