This is just another of the limitations of the I.S. I'm sure hoping that all of our comments about the version 1.0 aspects of the I.S. will be listened to for AC 10 and that we see improvements in this area.
The only way today to get the format you want is to use a list scheme and a graphic format (not a text format as shown in Daniel's screenshot).
The graphic format wizard allows every field to have it's own formatting applied. So, areas are not universally tied to the Calculate area preference ... you can display no decimals in one field (and no decimal point), and 3 decimals in another.
In general, if the I.S. cannot format something the way you want, the next option is a graphic list scheme ... but 'user friendly' is not a word that will come to your mind when you go there.
😉
Cheers,
Karl
PS If you have ArchiStair, look at the Rooms/Zone Categories graphic scheme that is loaded as part of ArchiStair ... it presents the data in a tabular fashion, but with 2 decimal places. A good starting point for what you want. For some reason, all of the schedules that GS themselves deliver with AC are in a f**g stupid format of displaying one item per page rather than in tables.
