I dont want to send our purchased libraries out to people and other firms, right?
How do I work around this?
If I dont send the libraries, then the model will be missing parts? Correct?
Thanks!
Jess

If you save your AC 3D view out to 3DS file you can import it into Sketchup. You can then add any dimensions or notations you want and save it as a Sketchup file. You can't just do this with the viewer, you need the Sketchup program but that is now free from Google. (although not for commercial use and only on PC for now).
Tom in regards to saving out as Achive I have experienced problems with this as well, in particular to 3rd party libraries. Macros are often left out in the save operation. If you know of a way to correct this I would like to know.

get the zeramtt engine, it's a fantastic way to share the model without actually sharing library parts if u don't wish.

I want a live model so someone else can modify the AC native parts of model and not necessarily the add-on potions.

The Zermatt engine is a $995 addon for Archicad.
Besides, the developers have been promising a mac version for more than 2 years now, with no result "we're working on it" I don't think the business goes as well as planned. The web site hasn't been updated lately either. I don't recommend spending your money. http://www.zermatt.se

Some add-ons will at least display their elements as long as the libraries are included in the archive, Others may not.
