Surveyor's data - import rotation

Hello, everyone!

I have a dwg with 3D surveyors data which I want to import into ArchiCAD. I prepared the file by moving all the points to the survey point origin (0,0) in AutoCAD, before creating txt file, so the coordinates of every point are relative to the survey point I have set in ArchiCAD: x and y values correspond to the distances of each point from the set survey point. The z value corresponds to each point's sea level.

You can see the origin (0,0) of the file as the top right point of the site.

This is the position for the Survey Point:

As you can see, survey point is aligned perfectly with the 2D file, both in regards of coordinates, and angle.

However, when I import the mesh to original coordinates, no matter what the project north angle is, it always comes out like this:

So, the shape is correct, but position and angle is completely wrong. Whatever angle I set up, it's always the same, the import completely ignores the Project North setting.

What am I doing wrong? My workflow obviously is workFLAWED but I have no idea at what point or why. It just doesn't seem right to manually align the mesh to its coordinates. Thank you in advance!
