Netto surface ares from elements in Archicad(Oberflächenbereich der Wand-Außenfläche on the picture udner on the left side from archicad lists) are in other ifc softwares (such as Orca ...) recognized as: Archicad Quantities.
However, most of ifc softwares by default show the Wall Base Quantities (Net Side Area) -you can see in Orca software on the picture bellow on the right side. Does anyone know, if I can find Wall Base Quantities properties in Archicad lists as well?
