building a wall from scratch

I am trying to design a wall with several components, the concrete part juts out at an angle and then comes straight down. It also has a curtain wall window about 3 feet above the bottom of the concrete. Is there a way to build the wall as a new family (maybe by creating a profile of the wall?). Any help on this would be appreciated.

Change to Archicad. Use a Complex Profile
