OK, checked it.

XML should be the name of the game. Try IFCXML export (from the floor plan, curiously enough) and the specifics of converting the model to XML file, found in the Developer Kit.

I don't know of any direct export method to collada. It's possible to write export procedures with the ArchiCAD API - I've done so with several file formats including gbXML - but would there sufficient demand to justify the effort?

A collada exporter in ArchiCAD would be great if you think of Papervision3d.
Flash video could be a nice replacer for my use (rotating architecture with output in flash format.) - If you only could slide smoothly through the flv with a slider. But you don't. My only solution to this now seems to be importing collada into The Great White (Papervision3d 2.0).

Bump. We need a Collada Export Plug for Archicad ASAP. Can't some clever guy help us here.

Collada is one of the most popular model exchange formats there is.
Exporter would be great. Importer as a Morph would be awesome too.

+1 This is definitely the case, this is very important feature missing. Collada is far more "modern" format compared to .obj or .3ds.
