export import GIS data

Is anybody was tried to import/export gis data, shp file?
Exist any add-on for?

usifull is to other format file as OGC (WMS), KML, or CSV, GPX.

I've managed to import .kml into Google Earth. These show up as place marks
I then save this as .kmz
The .kmz file opens perfectly in ArchiCad
I've been capturing the .kml files using an app called 'Theodolite'.
