window schedules

I am trying to use the interactive window schedule in my construction drawings, yet it displays no windows at all. However, the window list does show all of the windows. Is there a setting that activates the dynamic link used in the window schedule? I am using AC 10 with Windows XP.

Try to go into "Scheme Settings", which is a button on the upper right hand side of the schedule view window. Once in the scheme settings, check the middle portion where you list the criteria for things to be included in the schedule. Maybe you need to adjust some of the criteria there?
