Cornice and wall intersection

Hi!

I`ve added a cornice (done as a custom profile wall) to another wall. These two walls doesn`t seem to intersect and there is a line between them in elevation. Can someone please give me a hunch how could I get rid off that line in elevations?

Things that come to mind are:

1. They need to be the same section fill to clean up but this seems to be true since they are cleaning up to the roof sheathing (or whatever that is) at the top.

2. They need to be fitted to each other very precisely. Perhaps the vertical backside of the profile isn't quite vertical.

3. On a curved wall it can be difficult to get the segments of the curve to align properly. (In 3D all curves are models as polygons with the edges rendered top look smooth.)

If I had to guess, I would go with Matthew's option #2. since your wall and cornice appear to be joining properly towards the top. This is very indicative of this condition.
