Element intersect coloumn & wall

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate your help with this issue.
I’m not sure why, in one of the files I’m currently working on, the wall elements suddenly no longer intersect automatically with columns as shown in the image. This happens even though the column’s building material has a higher intersection priority than the brick wall.

Could be a few things but I would first look at layers. Are the wall and column on different layers? Is their interaction number the same and not 0?

yes, both on different layer, But i have no idea about the interaction number. can you explain that to me so i can check

I have an additional problem & it might be serious. Also, I don't know why. When I want to open the attribute manager, a warning appears like in the picture. And after the application closes, it says "cannot create temporary documents." What should I do? Is it possible for me to create a new file and merge the model into this file? Thank you for your very helpful response.
