Drawings/Layout Move Sub-Elements gone in AC22

Prior to AC22 if you selected a drawing, placed on a layout, and then clicked inside it, you had 4 options, Move Sub-Element, Drag, Rotate and Multiply. Now you no longer get Move Sub-Element which essentially allows you to reposition the content inside the window without dragging the window. Is this gone or is it just turned off by default and I need to turn it back on somewhere?

Found it! You have to select a node in the drawing and the Move Sub-Elements comes up. Used to be you could click anywhere inside the drawing.

Only if you have the quick selection (magnet) active.
