I'm baffled by the effect of Teamwork on Publisher settings. Who can change what? I often have Publisher changes disappear later in the day, and I've assumed it has something to do with sending and receiving changes. How about signing in exclusively as a Team Leader? Does that make things more reliable. Are publisher changes treated like conventional changes to drawing/modeling data? Or are they meta-data changes, like layer sets.
Even if someone can point me to the appropriate documentation that I hvae ignorantly overlooked, I would be grateful.
