Place Individual View ("My Views") on Layouts

I seem to be blocked from placing an individual view on a layout; I want to create my own sheets for personal printing/review using my views. The View Map and Publisher Sets both have "My" options in the Teamwork file, but I don't see this option for Layouts. How can I place my own individual views on sheets without sharing with the rest of the team?
