A10 Layout Book, View Maps do not show in Layout when opened

This project was already formatted and printed and archived. I now need to make more prints or put it into a PDF file. This is in A10. The Layout Book shows the pages and the drawings on each page. When you click on the layout, only the title block displays. The drawings on that page do not display. Is this a simple thing to fix?

Maybe they are on a layer that's turned off?

They were not associated with the layer and I had to go back and designate the correct layer for the drawings that would not work. Please see my current problem with the last drawing.

I can not get Navigator to open Organizer so that I can drag my last drawing into Publisher. I even tried dragging the drawing over publisher and it would not open. Thanks
