AC27 Text (NOT) Cropping in Layout

Is this a bug?  Does anyone have this issue?  Text box does not crop and show through the crop lines, while all other graphic info is cropped as intended.  This only affects display and not published pdf.

This is supposedly fixed in the latest 27.2.1 update.

Texts are no longer visible outside of the cropped view area on Layout. (DEF-16604)
