I use autotext as much as possible in my layouts to automate entries. A very usefull one is #SoulID (subset ID). My question is as follows:
Is it possible to reference a subset ID higher in the layout tree?
For example:
Subset level A includes subsets level 1, 2, 3,..
Inside subset 1, can layouts make automatic reference to subset level A?
Thank you.

Hi Benjamin
I was trying something very similar but it seems it will only reference the lowest subset, so in your example it will only reference to Subset 1,2 or 3.
What is it you are trying to reference / number?

I was trying to number apartments. I found another way to have this automatically filled in.

I think people would find it useful, now or in the future.

Sure!
First I create the right subsets by building and by floor. The folders are set to automatically give a numbered ID to layouts.
Then, in the master layout, I use autotext to reference subset ID (building name), subset title (floor number), layout ID (apartment number) and layout name (type of apartment ie 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms etc. those, I have to type in for each layout... not great)

PNG should be fine. Size should not be larger than 1600x1200. File size should not be more than 512 KB.
