Change the title type from Stamp Title 16 to either Simple Title 16 or NCS Drawing Title 16. Make sure you enable "show back references" on the left side before trying to get a "back reference" selection on the right side.

As far as the upper image - that is a screen shot of the view itself - not a layout drawing. Back References are only intended as a paper trail in the layout book. Views don't have a back reference, their true "back reference" is the project map, not a sheet. Sheets are "higher order" than views.

What we call drawings in Archicad are born in the Project Map, next - get settings in the View Map, then - are placed on Sheets in the Layout Book, and finally - are printed from Publisher Sets. These stages are represented by the four icons at the top of the Navigator window - house icon, plan icon, sheet icon, pages icon.
