Bad Dimension Chain

Why don't these two dimension chains add up?
There are no fractions in it, the overall dimension should not have any either.

Yes, I have checked the obvious settings. All are set to max. (1/64")

Any ideas?

this is it. I deleted the windows and doors to get the file small enough to post.

And you said you checked all the obvious settings!

Seriously, did you set your Dimension preferences to 1/64"? This is different than your Working Units.
