Bimx will not publish Pages beyond 1st page of publisher set

Bimx will not publish Pages beyond 1st page of publisher set  

even if the pages have no data - they come back as failed

     Any ideas ?

Thanks Minh ,  days later same file returns this from Bimx model transfer. 

  I am going to restart with a new file - I figure this will fix the problem original file will be kept if Graphisoft wants a look.
