Blurred Mesh Plots in bolth ArchiCad and Plotmaker

We are working on some projects with large topo maps due to severe grades. when i plot the map everything is duplicated 1/32 or so. the property lines walls and other objects print clearly but the topo is offset as well as the x-ref from the Surveyor. this is a new problem it did not occur a few weeks ago when we plotted last. if anyone has any sugesstions or has incountered this problem before it would be appreciated. the plots ar making us blind.

What are the maps? DWGs?

Explain a bit how are you placing them and how are you getting the stuff into PlotMaker.
