Brick coursing section/ elevation marker

Evening,

Can anyone point me towards a brick coursing marker that can be associated with walls in section and elevation? Example image attached.

The elevation method of the dimension tool will be associative but it will not give you brick coursing (only metric or imperial measurements).

As far as I know there is no way to make a course height object associative to elements in elevation - they have to be manually adjusted.
