DEFAULT PEN SET FOR DRAWINGS

To add a drawing to a layout I typically drag it from the view map. I notice that the pen set of the drawing is NOT the pen set of the view. What determines the default pen set when dragging a view into a layout?

Set the defaults of the Drawing tool to use the pen set that you want.

Dragging and dropping a view is just the quick way of selecting the drawing tool, clicking on the layout and then choosing the view fro m a list.
It still uses the drawing tool settings.
