You can't. They are intentionally excluded from the detail view.
That said, I feel compelled to say it seems like a really bad idea to do enlarged plans with the detail tool, since you will need to update from source any time you make a change to the original plan.

BTW: there is a workaround to get the linked drawing numbers. Place a dummy detail in the floor plan and combine the resulting (empty) detail drawing withe the actual enlarged plan view in PM.
