Yes, unfortunately you will have to do it separately in every Viewpoint.
There is no such thing in ARCHICAD as a "Dimension Style". If there were you could simply redefine the Style and all instance using that Style would be updated everywhere. Would be nice.

If you use specific pens in your pen sets only for dimension lines and text, you can easily change the colour of all the dimensions in one go by just editing the pen set.

That sounds great Peter, so I tried to experiment with that, but couldn't work out how, maybe because I am new to AC.
