How do I apply in dimensions the m for meters? Example I am having only 20.50 but I want 20.50 m.

Select just the text part of the dimension, then open its settings dialog box. Change from Measured Value to Custom Text and input <MeasuredValue> m. If you select all the text boxes you can make this change in one step for all of them.
