Dimensions & partial structure display

Is there a way or some work around to change or switch a whole group of dimensions from one a with finishes display to a core only display view? I have a couple of times dimensioned a whole job on the wrong partial structure display (or had to work on an old job where I used a different method of documenting that I currently do) and wished I could change the dimensions setting rather than having to re-do the whole lot.

Only if you make the dimension static - probably not what you want to hear.
Then you can copy, change the partial structure display and then paste.
You will get a warning message but just continue.
