Drawing Title Block_NCS 10

Does anyone know why the autotext for Drawing ID wont actually generate the ID when its inside of the Drawing Title Block_NCS 10 object? If I use this autotext in just plain text it works fine, but once I put it in this object it doesnt seem to register. Its odd because you could put the autotext in this object in AC9 and it worked. Any ideas?

I've been using "<DRAWINGID>" and it seems to work.

I've said it before - you're a genius. Just curious, how did you come across the idea of putting in <DRAWINGID> ? All of the new autotext for AC10 doesnt have the <> and when I chose the autotext for Drawing ID it was #DrgID - which is odd, because when I put <DRAWINGID> in the setting dialog #DrgID is what shows up in the drawing and the A1 (of whatever spot its in) is what shows up in layout book. But what I find odd is I've never seen <DRAWINGID> referenced. Maybe I was just looking too hard.

Thanks again!

I'm having trouble finding the title block.
I've learned how to edit it, but I can't find the actual title block.
Can Anyone help me?
thanks

FYI there are a bunch of new AC parameters available for Drawing Title subtypes as was pointed out to me here.

Unfortunately they are neither documented nor automatically created by the defaultDrawing Title subtype (although they should be) .... another GS stuff up!

LiHigh has posted the main ones you would be after such as drawing name, id, numbers, etc but there are probably a few more to be found.

IMO these are much better than using Autotext - main reason being they return values inside the script whereas Autotext is just converted by AC during display (something like that anyway). I've only used this to get the drawing name length but i'm sure they will be useful for all sorts of things
