Duplicating masterlayouts

Is there a quick way of duplicating master layouts?

I can duplicate normal layouts and views (using the copy item button in the navigator/organiser), but can't seem to duplicate masterlayout.

I currently create a new master and then copy/paste the info.

In Mac "Option" dragging does this in PC try "Alt"+drag.

PC is actually Ctrl+ Drag
