Elevations and Shadows

Hi all,
I've created various elevations, and have activated shadows for them as well. Some of these sections cut through the underground parking garages. The problem is, shadow lines are being created here as well, even though it's underground and has no windows. Is there a way to keep the underground areas white/unshaded?

This may depend on what version of ArchiCAD you are using.
Perhaps you can use a cutting plane rather than a section for that view. ?
