Hi, there either is:
a) a diference in material
b) the elements are not continuous and not joined
c) there is an error in modeling (even 1cm can cause this)
d) another buggy behaviour
e) all of the above
a and c being the most probable. best of lucks!

It looks like you have story levels shown on your elevations. Check this setting...

how can I join the walls with the floors? shouldn't it do this automatically? the material is the same and the modeling is correct

I think it may be a PDF artifact issue as mentioned here ...
