Fill not showing up in PDF

I am not sure what I did but my pdf is not showing the fill?
Attached is an image of my layout...with fill.
In the second post is my pdf without the fill.

I did a bunch of things..and finally got the wall fill to show up in the Black & White PDF.
I think from the bunch of things I did, I checked the Override Cut Fills to Solid Foreground in the MVO...
I am still sure how to understand the MVO...but for now it works for what i am needing now!
