Criteria is indeed a very powerful functionality as we can see when used in Find & Select - just imagine what working in AC would be like if we could control element's visibility with the same ease as we can find and select them.
And although Find & Select is very powerful I do think there are some obvious improvements that should be made to make it more efficient in workflows.
