Frame around layouts are blue. How do I get it black?

I made my own masterlayout for the first time. I've figured out how to change color on the text elements. But the frame around the layout-area is blue. Where can I correct this? I suppose it is some very simple solution to it. But I can't find it in the doc.

That is the specified paper size. Don't worry about it.
