Why does the door space is white? I want it to be gray like the rest of the slab.

Check the 2D or floor plan settings in the door to see if it has a background fill active.

It may have been set to match the screen background colour so you would not have noticed it before.

The Graphic Override setting you are using to change the slab will not affect doors.
