Grid circles not printing in PDF

I am using the Library Part from maybe AC 9.0 called the Grid-Marker to document the Floor Plan (I have been meaning to research using the Structural Grid Keys, but have always seen limitations in the past).

Either way, when I print the Layouts to our OCE printer it looks fine. When PDF on the Layout is created the circle becomes almost invisible.
