i have a problem when i print pdf files, some lines are deleted

Hi Zyben,

For anyone to give any meaningful answer it would be useful to know a few things about your problem eg. -

- What version of ArchiCAD are you using?
- Are you on a mac or PC?
- What method are you using to produce the pdf? Printing to pdf using amyuni / cutepdf driver, or 'saving as' pdf in AC11 or using publisher.
- What lines are missing? How about attaching the pdf or a screen shot?
- Are the lines actually there on screen but not on the printed version?
- Are the lines there in the View in ArchiCAD before saving to a pdf? What happens if you print straight from ArchiCAD?
- Are the objects with the 'hidden' or 'deleted' lines similar in any way? eg Same layer, on a complex profile, a particular colour / pen number etc.
- Any other info you think might be useful!

Hi Zyben,

are the missing lines visible in the PDF when viewed? if so your printer may be running out of RAM (small pdf files can RIP to very large files when printed to non postscript printers, I recently had a 1.5Mb file become a 100+Mb print file).
