Is there a way I can make the Elements to be Demolished not visible in the 3D view?

Just apply the correct renovation filter (the one that hides the demolished elements), the same as you do in plan.
If you have saved 3D views you can set the correct reno filter in the view settings.

And if one of the predefined Renovation Filters does not achieve the exact representation you want, you can define your own Renovation Filter.
