SOLVED!

How do I show an autocad survey as a background in a plan on a layout?

I would like to show the autocad survey provided by the surveyor without redrawing it.

I am able to show it as a Trace reference after XREFing into a Worksheet. But I cannot figure how to get it to show up in a Saved View or in a Layout.

Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

import the DWG file as an external drawing into a Worksheet, save the view & put it into the layouts as a drawing behind the floor plan.
