How to avoid overlapping level markers in elevation?

Is there a way to edit the text size of the level markers to avoid the text overlap in elevations?
Also, can I remove the story number (1, 2, 3, 4, ...)?  Please see attached screenshot.

Also, can I remove the story number (1, 2, 3, 4, ...)

Elevation Settings => Story Handle Marker Custom Settings => Marker => Show Name / Number => Story Name

That's the setting in the default AUS and INT storey marker. Would not be surpised if it is different in the US marker...

Text size can also be modified in the same dialogue.
