I want to turn off the horizontal line for the dimension line.

1. I want to turn off the horizontal line for the dimension line.

2. I want to turn off hotspot on a dimension I have xref attached to.

I want to turn off the hotspot that appears on the dimension line, but it's difficult because it's on the same layer.
I would be grateful if you could tell me how.

 

3. As in No. 1, the lines cannot be erased, so overlapping occurs.
Please let me know what you do in this case.

Dimensions Settings > Dimension Type > check Show Dimension Text Only.

If you are talking about changing to the number 19 pen
You can't use display order to keep xref attach.
