Importing WORK SHEETS from one file to an other

Some how I have deleted all my WORK SHEETS from the latest version of a file I am working on.
How can I do to import the WORK SHEETS from a previous version of the file in to the current version? Tks.

You will have to recreate those Worksheet.
All you can do then is to copy-paste content you have drawn in those Worksheets into your new file.

THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT... THANKS GOD I FOUND IT IN INTACT THE PROJECT MAP SO I JUST HAD TO CLONE IT BACK TO THE VIEW MAP. THANK YOU ANY WAY.
