I found this in the spam folder and released it.
Your 3D perspective may not be looking in the correct direction - choose fit in window.
Layers could be turned off.
Or the wrong renovation filter is selected.

If you merged an older project into AC29, the Layer Names/Combinations may have changed resulting in all of your old layers all being turned off. The default naming of many things seems to have changed with Libpacks, for AUS anyway...

If Eric can still see the floor plan, it shouldn't be a layer issue.
Also layer names and combinations shouldn't be changing between versions.
Unless the default template has changed over the years.
But that won't be an issue if you maintain you own template.
Also, also the layers have nothing to do with library packs and the only things affected by the library packs should be the objects themselves.
