Nothing shows except on a sheet that has the floor plan

I found this in the spam folder and released it.

Your 3D perspective may not be looking in the correct direction - choose fit in window.

Layers could be turned off.

Or the wrong renovation filter is selected.

If you merged an older project into AC29, the Layer Names/Combinations may have changed resulting in all of your old layers all being turned off. The default naming of many things seems to have changed with Libpacks, for AUS anyway...

If Eric can still see the floor plan, it shouldn't be a layer issue.

Also layer names and combinations shouldn't be changing between versions.

Unless the default template has changed over the years.

But that won't be an issue if you maintain you own template.

Also, also the layers have nothing to do with library packs and the only things affected by the library packs should be the objects themselves.

Is it just me, or can you no longer click on images and zoom in on them In this forum?

I can't read the details in the image, and I can no longer click on the image and have it pop out into a reading window, and zoom in on details in the images to see what the problem is.

How can I help people if I can't see what the problem is?

You should see a magnifying glass as you mouse over the image.

BarryKelly_0-1787703167730.png

This will open it in a separate window at maximum size.

There seems to be no zoom control anymore (I am sure there used to be and I will ask about this at the next moderators meeting).

However you can increase the zoom of the browser window (CTRL+scroll on a Windows machine), and this can help.

It is never good when people post whole screen images as the resolution is not very good.

The moderators will very often edit a post and increase the size of the images to maximum if the poster does not do it themselves.

Hi Barry,

I just noticed...I do get the mouse cursor "zoom" for images that i post, but not for other images(after making this post)

it stopped working recently (within the last 2 weeks)

I only noticed 3 days ago when I tried to look at one of the images.

both windows 11 computers had the august security update install, and may have happened then.

Can you check if your windows 11 has the latest , as its really annoying now and it may be related.

My last update appears to be June so I don't think it is the updates.

I have not noticed the zoom for some time.

More on the thought if you merged an old project into a file that had been rebuilt or started from a default AC28+ template. The default AUS template changed a fair bit, or at least it did since the last time I had looked at it.

i've had it happen once or twice. changing between perspective/axonometry, or setting one of the predefined axonometric views has resolved it for me.
