Interior Elevation - how to bring a deleted one back?

how do you 'bring back' a deleted interior elevation from a group of them which you created as a 'grouping'?

Select your elevation group and then left mouse click where the extent of the deleted elevation is.
In the pet palette there is an option to "Revert Segment" (top right icon).
