LEVEL DIMENSION QUESTION

Set site mesh Home Story at 690 from Sea Level
(Sloping site from 690' to about 737')
Set Project location at 704' altitude.
Site home story set at 0'
Select gravitate to mesh.
Select level dimension and click on mesh.

It shows elevation value from 0' to 47'.
But will correct itself to the Sea Level value if I go into Dimension Text Setting/Custom Text/Insert auto text/To Sea level.

What have I missed? Thanks in advance.

I can't believe it Graphisoft still hasn't addressed this problem since 2009!
it's a real mystery why it is not perceived as important and a basic function.

There is still a relatively easy workaround as mentioned here.

Basically just have one story at the bottom of the project and set the height of it to match your height above sea level (or any other level you need to reference from).

Cheers,
