Label Everything in AC23

I've been using Master Script's Label Everyting successfully in AC22 but it isn't working properly in AC23. Anyone having any luck using it in AC23?

I use it constantly on almost every project - mainly to call out the area of windows on plan & elevations. It works fine for me.
