Create multiple views with different FPCH and align them on your layout. Placing a couple of Hotspots around your project will make it easier to align.

Given your reply, I assume you are new?

Any part of your model that you place on a Layout is a View (Help Centre: What is a View). Multiple Views can be made for each part you wish to show. Each View has it's own settings which include a Floor Plan Cut Height (FPCH).

A Hotspot (Help Centre: Hotspots), in the drafting sense, is an invisible marker and can be found on your toolbar.

So, basically, make a View of each part of your plan with its relevant FPCH, then align each View on your Layout using Hotspots that you have placed around your plan.

Ling.

ps. As a side note, you should add which version of ArchiCAD you are using as well as your computer specifications in your signature as some things are version / hardware specific.
